What can be done if broker is refusing to return security money

Hi i rented a room a month ago but now i want to leave that room by the end of this month due to network and other problems.No agreement was done between me and broker,he is not returning my security deposit saying that you have stay atleast 3 month.He did not told this thing at the starting.After long debate i agreed to stay 3 months but now he saying me to leave the room on 10th may,and told me he will not return security deposit.what should i do??
No one can vacate your flat forcefully once you have occupied the property he can not evacuate you unless court pass order in suit of eviction filed by owner eviction can only be made if you are not paying rent or owner is need of property or you have not followed the condition of owner
