Tenant creating third party intrests .............

16-Oct-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My original tenant is Mr A, he handed over property to Mr B, I don't have a written agreement and the tenancy is about 30year old... We had filed a suit for rent control and got a ex party decree, now a third party files petition saying he is the tenant... We have got his implead dismissed two times and civil side we are already fighting... Can I file a criminal case on the original tenant under any charges... Please specify... Intention is to harass the tenant. I have already made several leakages in the property, for which tenant B has filed a police complaint against me... I wish to file a reverse complaint on tenant A... Plz suggest what charges I can press on him...

you are at liberty to file a criminal case agaunst the original tenant. you have not specidied in your query as to the terms of tenancy. you can file a case against him for eviction damages also. take appropriate steps.
