Suicide case of tenant and blame is put upon the innocent house owner

If any tenant committed suicide and tenant's family false blame against innocent house owner that he is responsible for that suicide. In this situation house what would the house owner do?
immediately the owner should file a general diary keeping all facts intact and also there are few other things which need to be done for the safety of the owner. In the near future few clauses are necessary to add and a court has already stated that tenants have to pay rent during covid period and no escape route
