Selling a shop which has tenant

I am a shop owner. It is 2 storyed shop on the main road. The ground floor has a tenant shop above 50 years in only 410 rs. Now I want to sell the whole shop,ie, both the floors. Now what can I do for selling my property?
first you need to evict the tenant or sell of the shop with the tenant to the new buyer if he or she is agreeable, if you can show that you need the shop for a valid reason the court can or may consider your plea and then give order accordingly
