Rented neighbours without police varification.

I wanted to know how can I take action against my neigbours who are renting the house without police varification. And also my RWA is not doing any work for the society.
Bro. in this case only what you can do is to police complaint and nothing. Getting unverified neighbourhood makes you venerable for any future unwanted incident. Land lord always has to verify the credentials of tenants and then after only should allow them to use his house or premises. Batla House case is a very serious and famous case in this regard. pl do police complaint of it.
