Procedure to avoid people trespassing property and creating nuisance

Sir, we are having drying plot where liquor drinkers creating nuisance to us by threatening, leaving garbage even by trespassing. we are facing lot of trouble in cleaning this . Kindly help me by explaining to which local authorities I must approach to seek help in this problem legally
In your own interest, please arrange to protect your property by barbed-wire fencing or compound wall. Keep a notice board in English and in local language warning that trespassers will be prosecuted. Give a written complaint to the local police station about trespass and nuisance.
