Sir
Your matter is of 'lease' which falls under the Transfer of Property, 1882. Yo send a legal notice to vacate under the provision of the Act and thereafter file a civil suit for eviction before the appropiate civil court within your jurisdiction.

Please feel free to make free query.
Thanks

They may be correct as per their respective views. You may also make a case in the respective court in order to get them evicted. I must see the Lease Agreement and other papers (if any), then only I can answer you better.
Thank You
