If you are the owner or landlord and the other party is a tenant and defaulting in payment of rent or any other reason under the law, we can sent a legal notice for eviction and recovery of possession. For any further information please feel free to contact

Thanks

Dear Client

In case the lease deed has expired, either by eflux of time / terminated, you will need to send an eviction notice, in case of non compliance you will need to file an eviction suit against the tenant.

Please feel free to get in touch for further discussions.

Regards.
