Licensee not vacating the flat after the expiry of agreement

I have sublet my flat on leave and license for 11 months. The term of agreement is over on 3/02/18, but Licencee not vaccating flat. Also flatly refusing to do so. Also has been defaulting payments from December onwards. Plzzz help me.

first of all u have to send notice through advocate for vacatinf the premises tnd demand of liscense fee, if he full fill the demands whichever claim and mentioned by you in the notice then we have to execute possession receipt then u will safeguard your possession of the premises.
if he will not give the answer to our notice nor completed the demands claim by us in the notic ethen we have to file suit before court of law.

You have to file suit for possession along with damages wherein you file interim application seeking stay against licensee not to further trnasfer the property to any third party or to generate third party interest. It is a civil case so you dont need to attend court on every date. You can also appoint your special attorney by giving power of attorney for conducting the case on your behalf. Consult with local lawyer.

Respected client , if your term is over then send legal notice through advocate to tenant then also he is not going to vacate flat then need to file suit for the vacating the flat on before the rent tribunal or in civil Court
