Legal remedy to get back possession of shops given on rent

I have got some shops in the premise of my house. four out of the 5 shops are under tenancy. my father was a government employee and he got retired and died in 2016. now we have no jobs and we want to do some business in those shops. more ever, the conduct of those tenants is also very objectionable. they are timber merchants and they are creating troubles for us, liking blocking our gate way by parking trolleys with overloaded wood-logs.they have 100s of people visiting them everyday. they also keep the shop open till very late night and have drinks in there. their behavior has become very aggressive towards us and they are not paying rents since for last one year. we need not only our shops back but also need protection from the possible threats that they have towards us while being in our house premise all the time.
