legal action against tenant regarding usage of part of a property

Sir I am the landlord of property we have build three buildings on it after few years members of society has formed society. We have not given completion certificate as one more building is going to develop and civil case also going on with one of tenant. Now society is demanding backspace of society. As landlord we are using that backspace now we not agree to give that backspace please suggest what to do

if in your agreement with the society individuals if you have mentioned the area of backspace as well then you will have to provide the area to them, however if there is no such mention then you can stop them from using the backspace area.
