Lease amount not refunded from landlord

House owner will not return my lease amount of rs.10lakh. also I will verbally informed six month back vacation information. He told replace someother tenant and taken that money. But as of now not yet finalized. I need my money at earliest. Please advise for legal complaint to police or law
In this case, just send your intimation of vacating through writing to the landlord and further the Landlord / Tenant issue was purely civil dispute police never interfere. if you want to claim through the recovery of money suit. please amount is not refunded by the landlord then you must issue a notice period they are not returning the you should file for recovery of the lease amount this is the procedure unless and until your mood legally they only pay the amount amount with interest
