Landlord asking to vacate the property before the agreed time

We constructed a badminton academy by taking a land on kease for six yrs. After threw yrs landlord is asking to vacate the property without any compensation. We took lakhs of rupees loan to constrcr the academy. In the agreement, there is a point either party can terminate the agreement with three months notice. Any way around this because we have no other means to survive
Fix this mentally. You have to vacate the premises sooner or later. The only thing a lawyer can do is, buying you some time. A few months to few years by filing multiple petitions. That's it. You have to vacate it eventually.
The owner will not compensate you unless the compensation clause is written in the agreement.
