In lease agreements does daughters too quire to visit notary and sign
19-Mar-2024 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My father owner of house got paralysis attack for treatment need more money so decided to go for leasing house which is in my father name owner !
We using relative (mama help for leasing) he asking all sons and daughters along with father owner of house must visit court/notary and sign notary agreement
Here problem is I feel why women/daughters should visit
Notary/court I.e., if all family member sign requires I.e., sons/ males can visit females can do sign at home!
Note: daughter married
There are many missing dots in your story....
The owner of the property is Your Father and Your mama is acting as an agent..
So basically the leasing agreement can be made between the owner i.e your father and the person who so ever is the tenant....
(Or) Your Mama and that tenant.
Why does he require entire family's signature as if he is selling out the property and asking for an No objection Certificate.?
You are either concealing the facts or your Mama is concealing the facts.
