Dear sir, since you made online payment directly into account of the owner of commercial property, you are legally entitled to refund the amount from owner. For recovery of the amount, u can first issue legal notice and if not received payment, then can filed recovery case in court. Kindly contact us to get advise in detail.

You are entitled to refund of the full amount of one lakh rupees without any deduction. However you need to send him a demand notice for refund the same. Carefull with the draft of notice and any written communication that took place. If still not refunded, suit for recovery to be filed in Court of proper jurisdiction.
