Q: Recovery of money from housing project landowner of unregistered flat.

I have booked a flat in Aug 2014 in builder and landowner construction project.My flat falled into landowner share and I paid him 11 lacs till dec 2015 which was the building completion date.I didn't register my flat and when I asked landowner to register it he denying telling my development contact with builder has expired in Feb 2016.Now landowner is asking for compensation from builder to resume pending work.I have receipt of payments and now I am fed up of their dispute and want my money back.Project is now registered in RERA. How can I get my money back.

Q: Procedure to file FIR for threat & assault having cctv evidence

I've been threatened by a girl, her sister and a male friend. I have cctv coverage in which the one of the girl and boy is trying to beat me. I have past WhatsApp message also. Shall I file FIR?

Q: Wants to evict the tenant not paying bills regularly

I have rented my flat to a tenant in Mumbai.He is not paying rent promptly and even electricity bill also not cleared.. The existing un-registered rent agreement will expire by February2018.. Please guide me how to make him clear the electricity bill dues and evict from flat.. Within how many days I can get court order for his eviction? My religion and tenant's religion is Hindu..

dear sir, you need to first issue legal notice for eviction, if notice did not works then need to file eviction suit in court in which you will get all the rent and expenses until the case is finished and decided by court

My boss promised me for marriage and used physically and professionally without increamenting my salary when i asked him for marriage he directly terminated me what action should i take please help me
