How can I evict Tennant from my property

Maine group ko apana Makan diya hai...Abhi company 2 saal se kiraya nahi de Rahi hai..aur apna saman jaise ki counter, fan,chair cabin etc. Room me lock karke Rakha hua hai..Mai ise kaise Khali karva Sakta hu..jabki company se koi contact ya letter ka jawab nahi diya ja Raha hai...

आप पहले एक नोटिस कंपनी को देदे कि वो आपका मकान खाली कर दे एक नियत समय दे दे उसके बाद आप sec 21 रेंट कंट्रोल एक्ट में अदालत से दावा दाखिल करके मकान अपनी निजी आवश्यकता के लिये कोर्ट से खाली करवा सकते हैं
