Dear sr आप पहले एक नोटिस कंपनी को देदे कि वो आपका मकान खाली कर दे एक नियत समय दे दे उसके बाद आप sec 21 रेंट कंट्रोल एक्ट में अदालत से दावा दाखिल करके मकान अपनी निजी आवश्यकता के लिये कोर्ट से खाली करवा सकते हैं

Q: Mother wants to file for divorce and DV case after 25 yrs of marriage

My parents have been married for 25 years and my mother has been physically and mentally tortured by my father and his family for 23 years. If my mother wants to file a case against my father what is the maintenance she is entitled, she is supporting both my brother and I as we’re both studying -23 and 19 yrs, also what is expected time frame for a divorce to be finalised?

बिल्कुल गाड़ी बेची जा सकती है बशर्ते आपको अनुमति लेनी होगी यदि ciminal proceeding pending है क्योंकि गाड़ी मालिक थाने में एक undertaking देता है कि वो दौरान मुकदमा गाड़ी नही बेचेगा लेकिन यदि गाड़ी उपयोग नही हो रही है तो वो किसी कानूनी समस्या से बचाव के लिये अनुमति ले सकता है यदि compensation का मुकदमा है तो उसमें कोई जरूरत नही है
