How can I appeal if I am not satisfied with court's order?

I am a landlord but opposite party tells that they are tenant nd court order to give a possision this order is wrong and high court also decide that we are tenant so how could i stay exicution when high court order

your query is not clear.What is the court order?so far as i can gather u have been held to be a tenant n asked to handover possession.But u say high court order is in your favour.what is that order? u better get in touch directly then only everything will be clear

Your query is not clear and it is not clear which kibd of case filed and by whom and bcoz your matter is already adjudicated that’s why it’s not proper to give any advice without looking into case file and judgement
