Eviction of tenant from property unlawfully occupied as tenants died l

My father bought a house along with a tenant, but both the tenant and his wife expired leaving behind 3 daughters, elder expired, all are married and have house/flats. Now the property is occupied by their in-law, a senior citizen widow, who have a son but the son is not staying with the occupied in-law. how to evict the in-law?

first send them a letter for eviction and seek for documents and rights on the tenanted property as to under what circumstances and under which lineage are they calling themselves to be legal heirs and enjoying the property, there after it shall be dealt with, going for eviction case is a prolong procedure, it needs proper planning
