Compensation for the flat vacant because of other flat owners

I have a flat in Nagpur. Because of some conditions like no muslims, no bachelor's, no more than 4 members in a family, imposed by other flat owners we are unable to rent out our flat. Can we ask for a compensation from the other flat owners for the time period for which our flat is vacant?

the society does not have the authority tu to make the rules which are biased and against any community as such. if the society has formed search rules then in that case you can challenge the rules by filing a complaint before the Registrar of societies and set aside the rules made up by this society.
