I live in a rented house, and I am planning to sublet this house to other people, so what are the repercussions if my subleted rent which I receive exceeds my original rent?

There is absolutely no problem from law point of view. Once you'll sublet your house the party would be called as subtenant and doesn't matter how much you charge them even if it exceeds your original rent.

Dear sir, you cannot sublet the property unless and until the Agreement with landlord provide the same clause in the Agreement, also you need to obtain NOC from landlord for subletting the premises. Please contact us for more details.

sub-letting of rental/tenancy premises is prohibited under the Rent Act. The landlord will be entitled to recover the possession of the flat from you on that ground. With the consent of the landlord you can work an arrangement . Advisable howeve00011r not make a written document
