Hey , I'm from Meerut , so our family basically living in a house for more than 15 years , but we aren't the owner , and there's no such as any legal action taken by the owner , there's no such as rent agreement , and we are living peacefully in that house, we are paying the electricity bills, water bills, house tax , we have good relationship with neighbors too, but now the owner is telling us to leave that house , nAre we eligible to claim Adverse possession on this property

The tenant can never claim the ownership on the basis of adverse possession. adverse possession is the plea of defence. The tenant always remains in permissible possession of the owner and it cannot be considered as a hostile possession. For further legal assistance feel free to contact me
