Bought a land on emi and it does not exist

We purchased some land in bhongir in bhuva agiri district. Now are completion of the EMI we come to know that property does not exist. The owner who has done plotting is ready to give some other plots but we want the original one or the money should be refunded. Kindly help.
When you paid the amount to your lanloard did you get any written document of any cash receipt from the landlord.if it is based on that document you can file a against against the landlord if your amount is not refund.

Yes you claim amount with interest till date of payment by filing case or as it is a matter of cheating you can file criminal case under IPC 420 against them and also you can claim compensation.you have to prove your case.
