Advice in case of security issues in leaving flat after Lock In Period

I am living in a flat shared with 2 people. Rent agreement has all tenants name. Rent agreement has lock in period of 6 months. Only I want to leave the flat after lock in period. I asked for security money. Then landlord told me that you would get your security money back only when all three tenants leave the flat. My question is Is my landlord is right?
Your Landlord point is correct. Since all the tenants are executed single agreement. Only you can accommodate one person in place of you and adjust the advance amount. The same needs to be documented.
