What will be the legal action if I will not serve a legal notice

What will be legal consequences or way out to not face any. if I want to break employment contract and not serve notice period? Contract of 24000rs and recently notice period changed fro. 15 days to 60days. I am ready for 15 days but not 60days.
This is my response to you:
1. You will first have to show your appointment letter;
2. If you agreed to 60 days notice period by your signature then you are bound by it;
3. If no signature then you are not bound by it;
4. If you still leave without completing notice period then the company may issue a legal notice;
5. Consult a local lawyer and then go ahead with the same.
