Main ek company mein medical representative hu, 2016 mein company resign le leti hai, mera stockist meri sallary roke hua hai ... Bolte hai no dues lao..mera koi due hai hi nahi sare papers hai mere pass ... settlement ke naam par 16000 mila, jab ki sallary banti hai kareeb 55000. Rs koi hal bataye iskakya karu
Hello, Send a legal notice through a lawyer and give him 15 days time to pay your balance amount. If he fails then you can file a suit accordance with law. You r waiting since 2016. send legal notice without delay. Thanx

Jawab naa aane pe aap Legal Notice bhijwa sakte hain. 15 din me uska bhi jawab naa aaye toh aap ek suit daakhil kar sakte hain recovery of money ka.
