What to do when employer not accepting the medical certificate?

hi sir/madam, i took leave on 22.09.17 contacted the doctor and he gave me a fit certificate to join on 23.09.17. it says that she can resume her duties on 23.09.17 i had emailed the same with a note that i will be submitting the hard copy once i join school. Now my employer is not ready to accept the fit certificate stating that it is an unfit certificate and is not allowing me to join my duty. what should i do ?

I have gone through your query what transpires from your query that your employer is trying to harras you for no reason
So now you should send the Medical Certificate through Speed Post which is a legal and authentic way of sending any document after that if the employer again rejects the certificate it will come on record and we can move for a Writ in the High Court for the same for which you are free to contact me

Is it a government or private school. In either case, approach the higher authorities. Submit a letter by registered post detailing fully about the incidents and facts. Still, if they do not listen, issue them a legal notice.
