What to do if senior employee is trying to beat me ?
09-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
A senior employee of my company tried to beat me.i raised this matter to HR department but they are deliberately trying to take the side of that official. What can be done in the mater?
In this issue, 4 recourses could be adopted:
1. Pursuing this at Company level, thereby escalating this to higher officials such as Vice President, President, India Head, etc
2. Complaining to Ministry of Corporate Affairs
3. Filing a civil case against that individual and Company
4. Registering an FIR under "criminal intimidation" and "hurt".

Respected Sir/ Ma'am,
It is highly unfortunate that the HR of the company is turning a blind eye on this situation. I advisable that you file a legal notice against the company immediately for battery and mental harassment. You can then follow up the legal notice by filling a case against the company.
Thank you.
