There are many irregularities in the recruitment for the Post of Program Coordinator in the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan conducted by BECIL.Main point is that in the notification they clearly said that persons will be recruited in the state wise manner.Example those students can only fill the vacant posts which are in the state of their permanent Residence. But they declared final result violating the above said clause.Another point is that in the online written exam conducted many questions were wrong but still they declared result without clarifying anything. They are giving joining hurriedly .I want to stay this joining and want to fight in the court preferably in High court.

Q: PIL FILING RELATED TO THE RECENT GUJARAT EXODUS

Sir, is there a cost involved in filling a PIL in Supreme Court? Actually i want to file a PIL against the Gujarat state government and center government for not taking proper steps in preventing the attacks on the migrants in state of Gujarat and Maharashtra when there have already been a number of incidents taken place in the past. Isn't it a contravention to Article 19(1)(e)&(f) primarily? Isn't it a discrimination based on region? Isn't it promoting the mob mentality and mob Justice which SC in it's recent judgement referred to as a"horrendous acts of mobocracy"?Thank You in advance sir

Q: Clarification on share of son in father's property

Hi, my father expired dt.01.July.16 without leaving any Will (Hindu). He survived with my mother, myself, my younger brother. We got a Succession Certificate from SDM office (Rampura, Delhi) in which all 3 names are mentioned. My father left a 100 sq yard house of 2 storey at Hari Nagar, Delhi and now my mother and my younger brother are not willing to give my share in it. I want to understand legally am i eligible to have my share within the house and if yes, how can i proceed and to whom to approach. Also, my mother and brother are additionally claiming that they have a signed paper from my father which states that my father transferred house in my brother's name only however they are not showing the said paper to me. Thanks in advance.

Advocate Keshav Datta answered
Legally, you're entitled to your share in the property, which no one can take away from you. Even if they claim to have a signed paper from your father, it's legality and validity has to be checked. I don't think it would be valid. What you can do to claim your rights, is to file a case for possession, and/or partition. The court will grant you your rights.
