What steps can be taken against employer for not paying salary

What were the terms and conditions mentioned in the appointment letter regarding your appointment and service conditions. Was it specifically mentioned that no salary would be paid upon termination of service. Moreover you have stated that you have resigned and your services have not been terminated. Please provide the complete documents pertaining to the above stated matter.

Garment firm Zeus Fashion sec-83 Noida not paying my salary of April 18 & 9 days of May amounting to 1.10 thousand. I joined the company on 16th Jan18 as Merchandising manager with a monthly salary 85k - In Jan-feb -March I got salary via cheque. On evening of 8th May they asked me resign as we can not work together pls handover and i did. Till 10th May they did not gave me any letter/ salary dues. I wrote back saying you have asked me to go so pls clear my salary upto 8th May which is 1.10 k and 15 days notice period 42.5 k (total 1.53k) they replied that in case of termination we don't pay notice period. I have worte many letters & met with HR manager but they are not paying me salary. pls advise what should I do as it's been complete one month now. Before I left the job they had also taken back my appointment letter for signing by the owner which they have not returned but I have taken a copy of the appointment letter and mentioned this point in the letter i wrote them.
In reply of your query it is stated that serve a legal noticeupon them through a Lawyer.
