What exactly qualifies as harassment at a workplace?And I am not asking about sexual harassment but about psychological harassment at a workplace by a colleague who is not my reporting manager. In this case my reporting manager is turning a blind eye to comments passed by him in verbal and written format. This is making me think quitting is the only way out. This is a female employee working with a start-up
Consult and explain about harassment in work place, you may lodge criminal complaint as per the act. The act has been enacted separate get use of it. Consult and further process through legally. You need break all these nuisance.
