What can be done if company is not paying salary

20-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have joined a company with 2 years service agreement (bond) and they have taken signed cheques. They told me that they will increment the salary after one year. But after one year when I go and ask for increment, they refused saying like company is in loss. Then after two months they started paying half salary.I have requested them that if the company is in loss ,kindly break the bond and i will go for another company. But they are asking me to pay the bond amount, otherwise they said they will drop the cheques in the bank.kindly help me.

Hello Sir,

You can serve notice to the company through an Advocate and direct them without paying any amount issue relieving letter. It is not justice on the part of company paying less salary than agreed by the company. How many months left over till now.
