Want cancellation of my BLO duty

I am pri. Teacher. I am not happy with my BLO duty.....can I cancel it without any punishment?
Well, you can withdraw yourself from doing BLO Duty during Elections, otherwise, you can either be suspended or you have to face Jail Punishment. However, by citing and proving genuine Health concerns or genuine sickness before Election Commission of India, you can exempt yourself from doing BLO Duty.

Can election duty be Cancelled?
If you have a valid reason, then you can get released from the election duty. You must submit a written request to the State Election Commission, along with any supporting documentation, requesting exemption from your election duties. The State Election Commission will keep reserves in case of emergency.
