EMPLOYEE WORKING UNDER 11 MONTHS CONTRACT IN SEMI GOVT OFFICE nCAN APPOINT AS BLO BY DISTRICT ELECTION OFFICER OR NOT ?
Elections always have been a sensetive matter. In this case you seem to be questing the appointment of Booth Level Officer (BLO) who is a semi government employee working under some employment contract. As far as the Representation of the People Act, 1951 is objectively looked into, semi government officials can be appointed as BLOs. In my opinion, employees working under contract aren't government/ semi-government officials. Jay Hind!

Can election duty be Cancelled?
