Termination from services without reasons what action can I take

26-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have been terminated by my employer after 1 years of service at Sr position without specifying any reason. I was confirmed 6 months ago only. I wanted to serve notice period of 3 months as per appointment contract but they relieved me same day giving 3 months basic pay which is just 30% of the total salary. Also my performance bonus for the year not been paid. What options do I have to fight legally

Please refer to the HR Policy of the company, or a retainership agreement that may have been signed by you and your employer, to get clarity on the procedure for termination. In case there has been wrongful termination from the end of the company, you can file a suit for wrongful termination, which is a civil civil lawsuits. As you have left your company you should look for any clause in your service agreement which states the reasons to terminate an employee if you don't fall into the same you can simply send a legal notice through a lawyer asking for valid reasons for terminating. If you file a civil wrongful termination lawsuit, you (the plaintiff) are asking the court to order your former employer (the defendant) to pay money to compensate you for losses caused by the termination. This compensation is called damages. You can file a recovery suit for claiming full and final settlement for the same.
