Termination and false allegations.

I was a employee of Eskag Sanjeevani Pvt. Ltd, by profession from 27-01-2019 to 08-02-2021. I got the best employee of the month award in August 2019, but after two years they blamed me as "Fakibaaz" by Mr. Swapan Dey, Vice President, and told to leave the company with one month notice by Mr. Debasish Bhattacharyya, HR Manager on 15-01-2021. Moreover, in two years no increament of salary, deduction of salary and forced to do unethical jobs. Therefore, at the end of January 2021, Mr. Swapan Dey, Vice President, started harassing and shouting on me with no reason. Thereafter I left the company on 07-02-2021 and asked for the payment for the last 7days and 11earned leave of 2020. Now they have started to threatening me over the phone and sms by Mr. Digbijoy Nayak, unknown Hospital staff,

your appointment letter should be scrutinized . Exactly was it recruitment or contructual .. However abruptly they cannot dismiss from service and also cannot hold your salary If stall they have taken any disciplinary action but they have to explain your code of conduct

illegal termination and harassment in job is very natural these days, the employers finds it more fun when the victim employee don't take any action. You better take legal action against your employer!
