Team Leader using abusive words to his team associates

When we do not meet our target our team leader uses abusive words and then asks us to stretch for long long hours and meet the target and he leaves the office on time but makes our life hell and does not let us to have our lunch or dinner properly. He says that I do not care you people have your dinner or lunch but by this time i want you to meet the target. So, would request you to please suggest me what could be done. In fact he have the habit of sacking the associates from his team all of a sudden.
This is purely HR issue. As unless an employee is allowed to have sufficient food and rest with interval, it is impossible for him to give the result. Please complain against your TL to the HR and if this is a good Company, it will for sure will not take your complain as a grant. Else please find some other suitable option!
