07-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have been working in a Pvt Ltd at Navi Mumbai since last 14 months as Purchase Executive & recently one of my new boss has joined as a Head. Since last month he has start shouting & abusing me infront of all at office. Then I found out that he is discussing with all my colleagues that he will terminate me. Also he warned my colleagues that nobody will talk to me. Two of my colleagues are involved with him & they always telling him negative things about me. He changed my seat & throw me in cabin alone. I am totally depressed and added to that he has hold my increment. He was in China for 20 years so he all the time abuse India too. Now I am thinking to resign as it's affecting my health. Even I am having ideas of suicide. I am totally lost & depressed a lot. I have also discussed with HR but no use. Please do suggest me. I want to teach them lesson. Can I file any lawsuit against them?

Hello,
You can file a complaint against him with the management committee formed for this purpose in the company especially to tackle such cases. If no response received you can also file Criminal Complaint against your boss in police station to punish him for his acts and deeds.
