Review against an order in review application

Industrial court had granted stay as interim relief on termination of service under Sec.30(2)of M.R.T.U. and P.U.L.P. Act 1971.On review application by Respondent the stay was vacated.Is review application by Complainant is maintainable against the order vacating the stay.
