Can High Court set aside the order of district Court of interim mainte

Sir district Court has granted interim maintenance order in DV case to wife on the basis of affidavit and false report by protection officer, the protection officer did not visit our home and neither asked us anything just given his report on the wife version ? What to do ? Can Court grant interim order in DV case without proving domestic violence?
You need to challenge the order in higher court. I can assured you if you appeal properly with all relevant documents then you get quick relief from the maintenance.
