Remedy to release compensation from GRIDCO for grandfather's death

Dear Sir, My Grandmother already put up a case against GRIDCO due to my Grandfather's death in 11KV LT Line on May'2011 for compensation. After a long period of time, It was seen that the case was disposed by Judge on 30.01.2018 & The nature of disposal is "Contested Judgement". Kindly advise what is this means ? How many days it will take to release to compensation from GRIDCO ? I shall remain grateful to you.
you have to give the details of the judgement what the court has pronounced. it all depends please see that have the GRIDCO filed any appeal. whether it has been proved that there is negligence against the cause of death. please always give deatils of the observations of the court to advise you.
