Remedy as private real estate company not paying salary since 1 year

One person is working in private real estate company as a General Manager and company is not giving salary from last one year where he file Case for his salary?
One must go through his service conditions first. Then he must represent his grievance before his next higher officer / appointing authority / the officer responsible or assigned by the company in this regard. If your grievance was not heard, then you can approach Labour Court of the concerned district, which is the appropriate forum.
