What should I do if courier service provider shows carelessness towards the parcel to sent? As I used to parcel my products to customer but from few months my customers are getting torn and broken parcels and products and service provider is not showing any concern.

you may file a case before consumer forum for deficiency in services . courier company service provider . if any damage done by courier company to file a case before consumer forum . courier company is a service provider and there is a deficiency in services then this is the fit case for consumer forum , thank you

IN MY CASE POLICE SUBMITTED CHARGESHEET AND COURT AFTER TAKING COGNIZANCE OF THE SAME ISSUED PROCESS AGAINST ME BUT IN THE MEANWHILE FURTHER INVESTIGATION UNDER SECTION 173(8) AS ORDERED BY THE SSP WAS DONE. A FINAL REPORT WAS SUBMITTED IN THE COURT BY THE POLICE AND COURT ACCEPTED THE FINAL REPORT.. PROTEST APPLICATION HAS NOT BEEN ALLOWED BY HE COURT BUT THE COURT IS BOUND BY ITS EARLIER ORDER, TAKING COGNIZANCE OF THE CHARGESHEET, ISSUING PROCESS, THEREBY THE SAME HAS BEEN CHALLENGED IN SESSION COURT, NOW THE SESSION COURT HAS ORDERED TO THE LOWER COURT TO READ CHARGESHEET AS WELL AS FINAL REPORT BEFORE PASSING ANY ORDER .. ANY CASE LAW IN THIS MATTER ,, WHERE FALSE CHARGESHEET IS SUBMITTED IN CONNIVANCE WITH THE POLICE AUTHORITIES AND ONCE FINAL REPORT IS ACCEPTED THEN MAGISTRATE SHOULD DECIDE ON DISCHARGE OF ACCUSED

Go to High court and invoke the jurisdiction of high court under section 482 of cr.p.c ...I am sure you will get relief under section 482 of cr.p.c which is inherent power of high court . U may file a revision against the order passed by chief judicial magistrate .
