Relevance of dropped case in police verification for govt job

Respected sir, 5 years ago someone lodge a case against me for a family despute..my lawyer submitted my shawcause in court on behalf me..as statutory time is over the case was drooped.by the court. so is it create any problem at the time of police verification for govt job civil service job???
