14-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have working as mazdoor in naval canteen since 2004.canteen is controled by R M commander and general manager cammodore.hence they are assured that jobs will be permanent after 2 or 3 years.at starting i was getting 600/-monthly and it was not in records.and salary was duely incresed 800/-,1500/-,7000/-.after few years since 2011 we are appointed as contrat employee for one year and it was extended up to 2016,hence now they are trying to give 3rd party appointment.instead to reguralize our jobs.the thing is we are appointed under naval canteen contrat only.hence they are trying to kick out us from jobs.We are not appointed from 3rd party.is there any justice for our problem?

Yes, you can approach the AFT, CAT or the Hon'ble High Court in a Writ Petition seeking regularization of your jobs, as you were employed by the Naval contract and have been working since 2004, you are entitled for a regular job if the naval canteen has vacancy to fulfill. to have a better opinion we would like to have your documents for vetting and further concrete answer can be provided.
