Procedure to recover due salary from a Private Company

Currently I left the company 45 days before, and I have all related documents in my hand and also I have completed my 45 days of notice period there(in company). Then also the company not giving me my 5 moths of salery. Its a PVT LTD company. So what should I do, and how will I get my salery ? Is there any timeline till I can aske for my salery in the company ?

The initial step for recovery of your pending money is to send a legal notice to the company. 

In the legal notice we provide a stipulated time to return the money failing to do so, you would require to file a civil suit for recovery in the concerned civil court. Please note that you will have to pay the corresponding court fee as per the amount of recovery to file the recovery suit.
No, there is no time limit for you to ask for your salary.
