Procedure to get expired mother's government job

My mother passed away 2 months. Back she worked in rular and puplic health department. Whether i able to get the job what the procedure?
I. you have to be a person who has passed 8th standard ,
2. There should not be any of the family members who is in the government job,
3. You have to get the indegent certificate from the RI,
4.you have to give a detailed representation with all the relevant documents , as Soon as possible to the concerned higher authority of the department where your mother worked .
