Private Limited Company Pending Payment issue

I have resigned from a private limited company 2 years back, they have mentioned in their letter head stating that they have to pay my incentives worth Rs.295000.00, In spite of many reminders mails there is no response from them. Checked with Labour department, they say for Manager level I have to approach Civil court. Now the company name and website is changed by changing only one single letter from their earlier company name. In case if I file a legal case Can I win the battle. Please suggest.
