Private company not paying salary been 3 months now harassing

i have worked in private company, they dint pay my salary. promised partial payment , but now they sent me out of the job. dint pay my salary and reliving order. threaten by his family members. almost last three months i am suffering, he locked his office and house. now he hiring new person to my post. humiliated by him and his family members. i need someone to help what to do.
2. If they don't respond to your demand notice, file a civil suit for recovery of dues.

3. If police is unwilling to receive complaint, file a private complaint at magistrate court.
